dc.description.abstract This report describes a project which investigated the presence of fecal-derived material in the Marathon, Florida coastal environment, emanating from sewage treatment plant discharge, septic tank leachate, and raw sewage discharge from live-aboard boats. The fecal sterol indicator, coprostanol was used to describe the input and distribution of fecal material within these various environments. en
