dc.description.abstract The Florida Department of Transportation and the Cities of Tampa, Temple Terrace, and St. Petersburg and the Counties of Hillsborough, Manatee, Pasco, Pinellas and Polk are jointly and severally holders of a permit from the U.S. Environmental Protection Agency for a National Pollutant Discharge Elimination System permit to operate Municipal Separate Stormwater Sewer Systems.
