Abstract:
This report describes a research project involving the study of the smalltooth sawfish. Activities performed include evaluating the use of aerial survey techniques to determine the distribution and abundance of smalltooth sawfish, identifying nursery habitats in Florida state waters, and investigating the winter range and habitat utilization of sawfish during the winter.
