dc.description.abstract This item is part of a series of correspondence, business records, and information relating to the manufacture and distribution of shark products, especially shark livers. For a few years beginning in 1938, most of the shark products distributed from the supply company were produced under the name Genuine Shark Products. This letter to Milton J. Lindner of the United States Fish and Wildlife Service discusses the identification of different shark species, including the hypoprion brevirostris and others. en
