This item is part of a series of records relating to the acquisition of chemical supplies used by the Bass Biological Laboratory. This application refers to the use of tax-free alcohol in hospitals, laboratories, and other scientific institutions under Title III of the National Prohibition Act, and shows that the permit has been granted for this application.
