dc.description.abstract	A stock enhancement research project was initiated in 1985 as a collaborative effort in which the Florida Department of Natural Resources and Mote Marine Laboratory would work together to develop and evaluate techniques for stock enhancement of Florida's marine resources. This report presents the results of the first year of the Mote research project. The focus is on basic biological information of the common snook, including larval dietary research, juvenile snook physiology, and juvenile snook dietary research.	en
