Abstract:

This item is part of a series of correspondence and business records relating to the distribution of shark products, especially jewelry made from sharks teeth. For a few years beginning in 1938, most of the shark products distributed from the supply company were produced under the name Genuine Shark Products. This letter from the Zoological Research Supply Company to Frank Johnson in Key West discusses the sale of shark jewelry materials.
