Abstract

The Marine Habitat Research and Restoration Program initiated by the Florida Department of Natural Resources (FDNR) commenced with the contract finalization on July 15, 1986. Mote "Marine Laboratory (MML) and Mangrove Systems, Inc. (MSI) then began implementation of the program. The first quarter of the project covered the months of July, August and September 1986.
