Mote Marine Laboratory (MML) performed analyses of grain size distributions, percent solids, moisture, and percent organics on sediment samples collected by the St. Johns River Water Management District. Test America (formerly Severn Trent Laboratories [STL]) performed analyses for total organic carbon (TOC) under subcontract at the Mobile, Alabama facilities. Analyses were conducted in accordance with MML's Quality Manual, certified under the National Environmental Laboratory Accreditation Program (NELAP) by the Florida Department of Health (DOH - E84091). Test America facilities utilized for total organic carbon analyses are also NELAP certified with DOH identification numbers of E87089. |
