Mobilization and preparations for the King and Spanish Mackerel Migration and Stock Assessment Study in the Southern Gulf of Mexico (Contract No. NA90AAH-MF 752), began in November 1990. Arrangements were made with PESCA personnel concerning start up dates and specific tagging and data collection sites.
