Abstract:
This report describes a project involving conducting an assessment of existing oyster beds and an analysis of water quality data in the Little Sarasota Bay area in Florida. This was to be done prior to any oyster bed restoration activities. By conducting these evaluations first, subsequent restoration efforts will be based on a sound environmental and ecological foundation.
