Production of corals for field trials. Progress report.

Abstract

The focus of this project is to continue refining aquaculture methods for key scleractinian coral species, expand production of coral fragments for two coral species, monitor coral health in hatchery stocks and prior to field trials, and initiate and monitor results from field acclimation trials. The overall goal is to determine if hatchery reared scleractinian corals can be used to replenish or or expand coral populations in the Florida Keys.
