dc.description.abstract This report describes calibration procedures and results for a dynamic computer model of the tidal Myakka River, Florida, developed by Mote Marine Laboratory. This model permits the exploration of various basin and river management schemes, and determines the effect of each on the salinity structure of the river. This is a third and final report from a series, and contains summaries of the first two reports, a description of model verification procedures and results, and results of an investigation into various water withdrawal schemes. The primary objective of the work in this report was to fix the values of the many numerical parameters of the model. en_US
