dc.description.abstract The following information constitutes the Quarter III (April 1989-June 1989) Report by Mote Marine Laboratory (MML) for the 1989 King Mackerel Migration and Stock Assessment Study in the Southern Gulf of Mexico. This project is being conducted by Mote Marine Laboratory for the U.S. Department of Commerce, National Oceanographic and Atmospheric Administration, National Marine Fisheries Service {NOAA/NMFS}, Panama City, Florida Laboratory. Under the MARFIN Program. This report covers the period beginning April I, 1989 and ending June 30, 1989. Presentations are made by task. Beginning with movement and migration of mackerel, fo11owed by length/frequency of mackerel, historical landings data and stock identification. Each task presentation follows the format developed by NOAA/ NMFS Panama City and Mote Marine Laboratory. en_US
