Abstract

These reports describe a project aimed at expanding results from samples of Porites astreoides, Montastraea faveolata, and M. cavernosa at 3 depth zones (shallow, mid and deep) in reefs in the Upper Florida Keys, as well as include other important species found in target habitats (Agaricia agaricites, Stephanocoenia intercepta and Siderastrea siderea), contingent on success in developing new genetic markers for these organisms in Year 2.
