This item is part of a series of operational records from the Zoological Research Supply Company, specifically regarding permits and licenses. The ZRS served as the profit-making subsidiary of the Bass Biological Laboratory, and operated in the mid to late 1930s and early 1940s. This letter to S. E. Rice explains how the ZRS had no need of a wholesale seafood dealer's license because the products they shipped were not consumable. |
