dc.description.abstract This report describes activities during the third quarter of year-three of a continuing cooperative program between Mote Marine Laboratory and Florida Fish and Wildlife Research Institute, and addresses the progress of 5 research projects. These include: the effects of the Florida red tide on marine vertebrate immune systems, exposure of algal blooms to Bottlenose Dolphins, the impacts of red tide on the snook spawning season, and the dynamics of bacteria on toxin regulation. Year-3 also includes communication of findings and red tide information to stakeholders and the public as part of the project management. en_US
