Abstract:
This item is part of a series of operational records from the Zoological Research Supply Company. The ZRS served as the profit-making subsidiary of the Bass Biological Laboratory, and operated in the mid to late 1930s and early 1940s. This letter from Stewart Springer's father to Stewart Springer discusses information on how the ZRS can obtain lobster tails from different parts of the United States, and the types of lobsters. This letter also mentions Jay C. Smith, a lobster dealer.
