dc.description.abstract This memorandum discusses the need for greater communication between the scientific research community in Mexico and the United States. This item also discusses the role the Bass lab could play in facilitating a closer relationship among the scientists in various countries, particularly Mexico, by virtue of its location in southwest Florida and its existing network of contacts, which included labs and scientists in several countries outside the United States. en_US
