Abstract:

This item is part of a series of operational records from the Zoological Research Supply Company, specifically regarding permits and licenses. The ZRS served as the profit-making subsidiary of the Bass Biological Laboratory, and operated in the mid to late 1930s and early 1940s. This letter from the Division of Biologics control to Dr. Eugene Maier replies to Maier's letter of January 8, 1939, and discusses the distribution of venom solution and the license requirements.
