This item is part of a series of photographs from a scrapbook created by Donald Joseph Zinn, an employee and later a research fellow at the Bass lab. These images were most likely taken in the early 1930s and the man in the photograph is likely Harry Waldo Norris, based on captions from other photographs from the same scrapbook.
