dc.description.abstract This item is part of a series of photographs from a scrapbook created by Donald Joseph Zinn, an employee and later a research fellow at the Bass lab. These images were most likely taken in 1934 while Zinn worked at the lab. Many of the photographs have either a caption in the scrapbook, notes on the back of the photograph, or both. The alternate title listed above comes from the caption written on the back of the photo, while the caption in the scrapbook reads "Johnny and . . . with octopus." en
