dc.description.abstract This report describes a project where interlaboratory calibration of standards and samples was undertaken among the three laboratories involved in the DNR Hydrocarbon Study (Mote Marine Laboratory, Jacksonville University, and the University of Miami) to verify intercomparability of data. The intercalibration exercise was divided into two phases: Phase I consisted of the extraction and analysis of standard crude oil added to sediment and organism samples and Phase II consisted of an exchange of actual environmental samples among the three laboratories. en
