Abstract:
This item is part of a series of letters, telegrams, and notes relating to people who came to do research at the Bass Biological Laboratory. The Bass Biological Laboratory was a fully functioning research laboratory as well as a biological collecting and field station. The lab was located in Englewood, Florida, and operated during the 1930s and 1940s. This letter addressed to Charles T. Brues seeks recommendations for fellowships and provides information about research fellowships available at the Bass Lab for 1936 and 1937.
