dc.description.abstract This is the final report of a project that carried out a broad survey of juvenile sawfish to identify appropriate sampling locations, techniques and timing. The sampling took place in the most important nursery regions for smalltooth sawfish in Florida, including Ten Thousand Islands, Everglades Gulf Coast region, Marco Island/Naples area and Florida Bay. This report includes results of the survey and a recommended sampling schedule for future ongoing surveys of this region to document juvenile sawfish numbers. en
